Description

Our home set. With this set, you can take your measurements very accurately by yourself. In addition to the measuring set, you will receive a paper instruction manual and access to videos that explain how to measure again. To order the set, you will need the following approximate measurements

Waist:
The waist is the line around your body above the hip bones and below the ribcage. Tighten a belt around your waist.

OR

Hip:
Tighten a belt around your hips so that it can no longer be pushed down over your buttocks.

Crotch:
Middle of the front waist/hip (if available, over the scrotum, between the testicles, and beside the penis through the legs) to the middle of the back waist/hip (bottom edge of the belt described above from front to bottom edge of the back).
