Measuring by yourself
For decades, Neosteel have been offering the measuring kit, which allows you to take your measurements yourself. The measuring kit comes with a detailed written and visual guide. You can easily purchase it from our shop .
To have the measurements taken by us
Additionally, you have the option to be measured in person. We charge €120 for this service, €60 of which will be credited towards your order if you place it with us within 2 months.
Our measurement appointments usually take place on Mondays.
If you would like to schedule a measurement appointment, please writte an email to info@neosteel.de.
If you are unable to come on a Monday, please send several proposed dates and possible times in your email, ideally with at least two weeks’ notice.

The measurement appointments take place at the Hotel Appartis am Stadtpark in Sindelfingen.
Here you have the opportunity to compare the different models, touch them, and possibly even try them on. We are also happy to advise you on which model best suits you and your needs.
Measurements are usually carried out by Mr. Waldenmaier, but for women, they can also be done by a female staff member. Please let us know this preference in your email to us.
