In addition to the measuring set, you will receive a paper instruction manual and access to videos that explain how to measure again. To order the set, you will need the following approximate measurements<\/p>\n
Waist:
\nThe waist is the line around your body above the hip bones and below the ribcage. Tighten a belt around your waist.<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
Hip:
\nTighten a belt around your hips so that it can no longer be pushed down over your buttocks.<\/p>\n
Crotch:
\nMiddle of the front waist\/hip (if available, over the scrotum, between the testicles, and beside the penis through the legs) to the middle of the back waist\/hip (bottom edge of the belt described above from front to bottom edge of the back).<\/p>\n
